| 29/04 | First meeting of our group, introductions were made between each other and we started discussing Assignment 3 and started to give ideas on the possible topics we would choose. We ended up picking one from the given document (Robotic Companions for the Elderly) as well as exchanged contact information which allowed us to communicate outside of class. All members present. |
| 06/05 | Jack presented our proposal slide that we created together to the class. Roles and responsibilities were confirmed beforehand on our shared communication platform. Andy and Jack present, Miracle away sick (provided doctor’s note and informed TA). |
| 13/05 | More discussion on our topic, including where we should research it. Decided to stick to Google Scholar and we also confirmed who should be researching what: Jack would be doing Opportunities; Andy would be doing Risks and Miracle would be doing Choices. All members present. |
| 20/05 | Picking up where we left off last week, with more research on our topic with each of us still focusing on our sub-research topics. We made a shared document on Google Drive where we keep all our research and references so we can all see where everyone is at. Jack has also been working on the website and adding all our research on there and editing it as well, keeping it up to date and ensuring it works correctly. All members present. |
| 25/05 | We booked a study pod to meet and work on our three-slide presentation. We went over all our research we had done this far and decided what we should put on our presentation. Our slides were created and shared so we could all edit whenever, and we confirmed what would be on slide 1, 2 and 3. All members present. |
| 27/05 | We presented our slides to the class, and afterwards we finalized the slides so that they were ok for submission. All members present. |
